So I'm at work and this man is talking about how much he loves his girlfriend. I ask well how long have you guys been together? He says 6 years and 1 month. I say well when are you going to marry her? He's like, well I'm not ready. I'm like well you're going to lose her. He says no I'm not, she's gonna be right here. This is my thing, why do people feel they're not ready after YEARS! That is a long time to know someone. Now I can agree that sometimes you think you know someone, but you really don't. But c'mon now, be realistic. If you know this isn't the person for you and you have no intentions on marrying them, then let that person move on. There is no time frame to put on how long you wait, but if y'all never talk about marriage and you've been together for about 5 years then something is wrong. This is just my opinion, but I think couples should move in together with the intentions of being married. Not just to say ohhhh we're trying to save money. Another thing, why do individuals think just because they aren't marrying some that another person won't come sweep their significant other off their feet? It's possible and can be done. I just have known for someone people to show their significant other what he or she has been missing. That surely did the trick. But hey this is my opinion, but I would love to read yours!
