For almost a year Toya and boyfriend/rapper, Memphitz have been public with their new found romance. They have been spotted all over town and just a few months ago Toya revealed, what looked like a diamond engagement ring...& from the looks of it the two are most DEF in LOVE! Sooo, could there be wedding bells in the near future.
